80s Designer black lace evening dress (xs/sm)

80s black lace evening/cocktail/prom dress maybe older (perhaps 60’s?). Great condition, great construction! One of a kind. Designer tag is hard to read; maybe “S. H. & Co. Inc.” Asymmetrical scalloped black bow. Full skirt. I’d love to keep this one; I can get into it, but it’s too tight for comfort (I’m a medium).
