80s CCCP Russian Tank Top Vintage Super Rare

Overall good condition for 40 plus years. One tiny pin hole near hem in rear. Quick stitch needed at shoulder seam on left wear has started coming apart. One feint discoloration under graphic...red on red...oil based?
