Vintage 80s plus size turquoise midi skirt from Country Suburbans - size Women’s 18. Unisex. Has a Union made (USA) tag. Fits like a Women’s XL/XXL with an elastic and drawstring waist. You could wear this high-waisted or lower depending on waist size. Very simple classic design with white tie. Not much stretch to material, tag doesn’t specify what it’s made of.
