80s 90s Seashell Novelty Print Tie Front Crop Top - Small to Medium | Vintage

Vintage 80s/90s seashell print button up crop top, with double layer ruffled sleeves, and a tie at the front of the waist to cinch. There are shoulder pads which can be easily removed with a seam ripper if desired. It has a slightly loose fit, so it is shown on model in the first two photos with the lowest button undone so she could cinch it further for a tighter and more cropped fit.
