bmbolen Does the bottom look like a pleated skirt on?

beautyandbudget @bmbolen I’ve never worn this as it’s too small for me, my family owns auctions and that’s how I got this as a vintage piece. Looking at it I don’t believe it gives a pleated look but since I can’t try it on I’m not certain. Again in my opinion doesn’t appear to look that way and if it does it would be very loose pleats .
