myia @spideymann no filling this is the sheet to protect from rain when the weather gets cooler.. this is the first sheet i start using on my boy… and it keeps him dry… you can add a liner if you wanted to.. love this sheet but my boy grew before i could use it… so had to purchase a large size.. I put this one on him when the weather gets in the 50’s… hope this helps.. very nice blanket..
