pepepizzazz @moonthreads no. but ive always worked with my customers and they usually make out pretty well. one time in sent a dress that was missing a button. i didnt notice it. but i allowed the customer to pick out a replacement piece and i sent her several more pieces to make up for the oversight. but if u dont trust me then we shouldnt do business together.

pepepizzazz @moonthreads actually, im just reading this again. the last time my customer found an item with a hole in it. i let her pick anything ahe wanted from my closet for free to replace the faulty item. so yeah, im more than fair.
