When I picked this up, it had tags on it. When I started photographing, I noticed some discoloration on the front of the skirt. I stain treated it, but some remain, albeit faint. It mixes in pretty well with the pattern. So, although this is technically new, it isn't flawless. See pics. Please refer to pictures for approximate flat measurements and any imperfections.
