I bought these 2nd hand and were told they were a size 30 but couldn’t get them past my knee’s :( Great overall condition but the tag is cut out, measurements are as follows: Waist: 15” flat Inseam: hemmed to 29” Rise: 8” I would guess about a size 28-29. Little to no stretch.
