drj_55 These do run large. In this particular shoe (men size), a 4.5 is equivalent to a women's 7.5. If you are a women's 8 you would need a 5 in this shoe.

drj_55 You're correct but in this particular shoe the sizing is off. I own this pair and was looking for a 5.5 because I'm a US 8.5 ... I would love to purchase yours but they would be a tad too small. As I said, your 4.5 in this Gucci shoe size would be a 7.5 not a US 8
