Hi! Really like your shoes! I am just checking, and no disrespect, but are there any scuff marks or gouges in the material on the heels or shoes? The reason I ask is that I just purchased a pair of Marc Fisher pumps and the buyer stated preowned normal wear as well but when I received them they had gouges on the heals....grrrr.....

@dslynn17 Hello, Not at all you can ask me questions regarding my items. Yes they are beautiful shoes. They are preowned normal wear no rip’s. I would like to retake new pictures tomorrow morning in more lighting is that okay? I want my customers to be 💯 % happy with their New or preowned purchase 😊
