70s/80s Lillie Rubin Fitted Dress

This is an adorable dress. I love the detail of the satin collar With a low scoop back The back has 4 jeweled buckles that close off however they do not stay put. They may need to be sewn or possibly have a clasp that hooks them in place. The dress does also have a zipper closure.
