keeploving32 @thriftillusions Ain't no freakin way that's 14 inches. Could you add more pictures with the ruler on top of the shirt? It says size L and it's a mens shirt from Joel. That brand does make some smaller shirts than the normal size label/mark, but I've only seen 1 or 2 inches of difference before. Not as much a you say. A mens L shirt 22 inches across the chest . 14 inches is so close to a ruler📐. That would be a 28in chest. That's a woman's 3 or 4XS shirt. 😄
