70s wedding dress, size 2-4?

Measurements were taken while garment was flat: Pit to pit is 16 inches 13 inch waist (flat) From shoulder to bottom or front hem is 57 From shoulder to bottom back hem is 61 inches inches I believe this is polyester. Also, dress is cream color and white sheer overlay frantic is white. One tiny whole on front under waist area. (See pics)
