Beautiful vtg full length maxi possibly Hilo Hattie or handmade No tags inside OSFM - the smaller you are the looser the fit Chest stretches to 19” across Hips: open to 21” + Straps: 16” back / 17” front Length: 47” back / 53” front (+ 1.5” hem) Dress form is XS.
