70s tree cameo print Gunne sax midi dress with fade-flawed area

Beautiful 1970s tree cameo print midi dress. Woodland elf princess with chestnut brown velvet lace up bodice and pointed cuffs. Front pockets with zip up the back. No waist ties. This dress is suffering from a large area of sun fading on the back. I would say the fabric is faded overall with the largest portion being that left area of the back. Some down the left arm as well. Some seam straining in the left armpit. Waist looks to be taken in on each side, so there may be more room there to let out, but not sure. Pretty rare and beautiful of all the Gunnes.
