70s swiss dot halter maxi dress womens size xs

Gorgeous 1970s light blue and white swiss dot maxi dress with halter top neckline. Ruffled trim along the v-neckline. Open back with zipper to close. A-line cut full skirt. No tags, I believe the outer is made of a sheer polyester with an inner acetate lining. The liner is pink giving a slightly purple hue with the blue outer. CONDITION Good vintage condition. It appears the clasps were altered on halter. Staining in spots along hem. Subtle discoloring on underarm. Subtle stain left front of skirt (second to last photo), MEASUREMENTS Size: XS Chest: 32 inch Waist: 25 inch Length: 53 inch **Items are measured laying flat.
