70s flutter sleeve baby blue maxi dress

I'm just trying to clean out my closet and pay off student debt! This dress is so flattering because of the tie in the back. And flutter sleeves are just so romantic. That blue is VERY 70s-bright so get ready to turn some heads! I guarantee you there will be stares. No flaws that I saw. Very flattering for people with a warm/neutral undertone who can tolerate bright colors. Color analysis: Spring I should mention that I do have cats.
