70s dress. it’s def sheer but I wore a slip under it, one time I just did black biker shorts and black bra and felt like such a bad bish. wore it to a 60s/70s theme wedding and really felt like every bowie song was played just for me. low cut. says 7/8 but fits like a small/medium
