70s Vintage Victorian Style White Button Up top

A wardrobe staple circa 1970s, this is a high neck Victorian prairie style blouse made by stitches. The top buttons up the front and has long sleeves that also button at the wrist. It has lace overlay up the front and lace on the collar. Marked a vintage size 9 with measurements in photos. Approximately a size small. No material tag, but feels like cotton or a cotton blend.
