70s Vintage Roger Milot for Fred Perlberg Orange Jumpsuit

This is an iconic late 60s early 70s jumpsuit made by Roger Milot for Fred Perlberg. Sold at luxury department store Joseph Magnin, it’s a collectible dramatic statement piece made of a soft velvet like material in bright orange with hand screen-printed pattern of stylized flowers in brown, black, maroon, silver/grey and white. Has a plunging gathered bodice and is belted with gold braid and colored rhinestone jewels. Had dramatic wide legs with such a wide sweep that it gives the appearance of a maxi dress. Zips down the back. Good vintage condition with no major flaws to note. Marked a size 7 - approx a small to extra small - see measurements in photos for best fit. Hips are free and there is about three inches of seam allowance to let the pants down if wanted. The perfect hostess outfit!
