70s Vintage Peplum Dress

• Pit to Pit: About 18" • Waist: About 13.5" across before stretch which adds a few more inches. • Length: About 43" She makes me think of victorian recency style old money type stuff. Regency style peplum dress with suuuper dramatic puff sleeves & of course there's giant (removable) shoulder pads. Elasticized sleeve ends. The color is a red burgundy striped matte & satin combo, probably polyester. Matching tie for the waist. Keyhole button back. No flaws.
