70s Vintage Navy Blue and White Swiss Dot Sleeveless Prairie Dress

This dress is so beautiful. Circa 1970s, it’s a maxi length sleeveless prairie dress in Navy Blue with white Swiss dots. It’s got a collar and faux buttons down the bodice, and a banded empire waist that ties in the back and has a white lace panel on the front. The skirt also has a band of white lace.
