'70s Vintage NEW Smocked Dress Jody of California

Dress was purchased at a vintage shop in Nashville as dead stock (new) and is in PERFECT, never-worn condition. The only reason I am listing it is that it is too small. The tag is marked size 5 (from the seventies, so runs smaller than modern sizes). I am normally a size 4/6, and it is barely too small--maybe more of 2/4. The colors and fabric are incredible in person and has a very flattering fit. Please, ask any questions and thanks for looking!
