70's Vintage Miss Elliette Mint Green Dress, Pin pleaded floor length. Dress is completely pleated with peplum . Pleated sleeve with elastic. The fabric is chiffon with rayon lining, zipper back. The pleats are flowy and bouncy. This gown was made with exquisite guality and is in excellent vintage condition. Loose stitching on right sleeve at elastic hem.
