70's vintage kaftan by Ruth Norman for Neiman Marcus. This diaphanous kaftan features a beautiful floral pattern with shoulders pads, a V-neck, and slits on the side measuring 20" from the bottom. Item is one size fits most and the fabric composition is 100% polyester. No blemishes are noted, overall, dress is in good condition. All measurements are taken flat.
