70s Vintage Fiorvanti Blue Faux Suede Blazer/Sport Coat 40R

Vintage powder blue faux suede Fiorvanti blazer/sport coat in estimated 40R (missing size tag, see approximate measurements below). Two button front, three exterior pockets, and two interior pockets. Three fixed, plastic leather-look buttons on sleeves (buttons on right sleeve are chipped). Top stitching along front pockets, seams and lapel. Double vented back. Thread is coming loose on the interior left vent, but would be easy to mend.
