70s Vintage Deadstock NWT Black Prairie Skirt

This is a beautiful 1970s vintage prairie skirt. It is a deadstock new with tags maxi skirt in a black floral with vibrant flowers in whites, yellows, greens, purples, and pinks. It has a faux apron front that is made of white lace and red ribbon. Zips up the back with a button closure as well. It’s a cotton blend and is marked either a vintage 16 or 18 - the interior tag looks to say 18 but the attached tag says 16. Either way, please see measurements in photos for best fit.
