70's VTG reworked funky ocean sea life fish applique velour sweatshirt

bright blue velour 70's Sears brand reworked sweatshirt. accented by darker blue sweater material on the neckline, cuffs & bottom hem. the garment is stretchy and reflects as such in the measurements. features a seaweed plant and schools of a variety of fish. these elements are iron on and anchored by sewing. this item will need to be turned inside out and hand washed. hang to dry. in great condition with light wear. no tag size but would best fit a size small/medium/large based on desired fit and personal measurements measurements taken with garment lying flat double where appropriate pit to pit unstretched 21" pit to pit stretched 24" waist unstretched 19" waist stretched 21" bottom hem unstretched 12" bottom hem stretched 18" length 24" HAND WASH INSIDE OUT, HANG TO DRY ONLY. this item has been reworked by me. i am not a professional seamstress, so the seams are not serged and there are eccentricities (i.e. imperfect stitching). ,
