Vintage 70s cotton swim top/dress with elastic shirred sides, long skirt and spaghetti straps. Lovely pastel stripes. Built in cotton bra with nylon cups. Straps are not removable and attach at back with buttons (2 loops for adjustable length) sewn in at fronts. Body is unlined, zips at center back.
