70s Homemade White Floral Dress with Tie Shoulders

This dress just screams summer! It's a lovely light white with a multicolored floral pattern on top of a grid. I love the ties at the shoulders! It appears homemade and constructed well. The elastic has very little give - this would work best for a slightly smaller waist so that it could be cinched with a belt/ribbon and still fit over your shoulders. The slightest hint of yellow inside the neckline (not visible externally). No other noted flaws!
