70s Colorblock dress in black, brown, and white

This is quite possibly a vintage 70s dress. Silky 3/4 length sleeve dress without any tags or labels in it. One button at the top in the back. It fits me at 5’7, 130lbs, and about a size 8 in dresses. Length: 30.5” Shoulders: 15” Width at armpits: 18” Width at hips: 19.5”
