70s Coach Bag Skinny Tote Kiss Lock Rare Rust Leather Bonnie Cashin Era Vintage

Preowned, vintage Bonnie Cashin era Coach Skinny Tote Bag, likely made in the mid 1970s. Made from fabulous and hard-to-find rust colored leather, this chic bag features a kiss lock pocket on the exterior, a zippered main compartment fastener and a large slip pocket inside. The interior is unlined and it comes with a Coach hang tag. A wonderful tote bag that's has gorgeous veining and is patina'd to perfection - and it holds a bunch, too! Pre-creed and pre-style number: stamped COACH in a cartouche on the inner pocket, later called style #9450. Approximate measurements: 13in L x 11in H x 1.5in D with a 5in handle drop. Preowned/vintage (50+ years old) with signs of age, use and prior wear: some color variation/patina to exterior, most notable to handles; some small spots and fingernail scratches that are hard to see unless very closely inspecting (and which will likely blend into the patina over time). Some loss/scratching to gold kiss lock hardware. The interior is clean. Some rubs to the bottom corners (see last image). All in all, this is a wonderful vintage handbag that's so hard to find nowadays in this RARE rust color, but it's definitely not for someone seeking a pristine vintage bag!
