70’s Caro-Nan St. Louis Woven Basket Purse

Vintage signed Caro-Nan woven basket handbag. 1970 Penny glued on lid dates this to at least half a century old. Wooden lid and handle. Lid has travel cutouts from London and Paris. Buildings around sides are labeled with St. Louis landmarks, including the Arch, Busch Stadium (the original), Art Museum, Jefferson Memorial, and The Arena. Quilted yellow calico lining. Vintage condition includes signs of wear and a few white scuff marks. Beautiful collectible.
