70’s Bright Blue Leslie Fay Polkadot Dress

70’s Vintage Leslie Fay bright blue button down polka dot dress in size 14. The condition is fair; a tear in the left shoulder pictured in second photo and minor blemishes. I don’t have a hanger wide enough to properly display this dress but there’s something alluring about it. With a little tcl this could become a coveted dress that screams ready for spring!
