7 for all mankind jeans- gently used. Size 28/29

These are labeled as size 31, but I fit into both that and sometimes 30 (I'm a size 10) and these wouldn't even come close to buttoning or getting up over my rear. I would say these are closer to a size 29,28. The waist measurement is about 35" when buttoned. Inseam is 31 1/2". The only Tears are at the bottom, as shown in pics. If you were to get these hemmed so they look new the inseam could be about 29". Make them into cute shorts or cropped pants for $10 at the tailors.
