7 for all man kind Skinny crop and roll

I bought these from another seller am never could fit into them. 28 1/2 inseam. Crotch to ankle. 2% elastane. But these run a bit small. I wear a 6 or 8 depending on the brand so I was guessing that the 29 would fit. 🤷🏻‍♀️
