technically a size 30 - but definitely a mistake in production, waist is similar to a 28/29 these jeans were at the outlet, and that's probably why. these jeans are a curvy gal's dream I used to work for this brand - so being honest here. LOVE these jeans (I own another pair) but this pair - the waist fits as a 28, very small waist - I measured against my 30's and it's almost 3 inches smaller at the waist. jeans are gorgeous and perfect - the hip, rear and thigh fit like a 29/30 in the ultra high rise Jo - however like I said the waist fits similar to a 28.
