I got the scoop on how this works. YOU get one 4.99 shipping as a buyer. Your shoppers each get one 4.99 shipping. If they get it from you, they’re done and can’t use it with someone else. Multiple customers can each get the 4.99 shipping from you. I don’t know when it’s going to end. My guess is it will go through 12/31. I had multiple customers get the 4.99 shipping yesterday.

@delmarvadesigns Nope. This crap promo didn’t work for my buyer today. She isn’t part of the listing streak challenge. She isn’t an ambassador. She has less than 300 items in her closet. I messaged PS support. No answer, of course. Workaround: copy listing for more $, have her like it, send offer to buyer reducing $ w/ shipping discount. SH*T!! So much BS for $2.98😡🤬

@acelestialsoul I’m so sorry. I had a bunch of sales since the promo started and none of my customers said they didn’t get it. I know each customer can only use the promo once. Did your customer already use it with a different seller ?

@delmarvadesigns Re: LISTING STREAK $2.98 “REWARD” only works for an “eligible” buyer -wow, PM makes the BUYER be qualified, too. When I EARNED THE PROMO REWARD a message popped up to ME, saying that my 1st BUYER would get the discount. This means the promo Only applies to listing streak buyers. (They’re ALREADY using THEIR $4.99 discounted shipping on their purchase that THEY earned.)
This was “shipping reward” is almost as bad as the tacky, cheap, ridiculous app icon color change!🤮

@delmarvadesigns Are all of your buyers that purchased from you participating in the listing streak promo? If so, they’re not using YOUR $4.99 discounted shipping that you sent out via your my shoppers message-they’re using their OWN $4.99 shipping earned reward.

@delmarvadesigns I’m wasting too much time trying to clarify this. The only buyers that can get it is if they’re already getting a “reward“ from the listing promo themselves. Have you asked your buyers to see if they’re also part of the listing promotion? I don’t think they’re getting any kind of reward from you. The F B group “poshmark life” all say the same thing. Buyers are paying for their own shipping discount with their “reward.”
