Betsy & Adam Satin Black and Pink Dress

Short strapless dress for any occasion at night. Only worn once. It has sticky border all around the top so that it doesn’t slide. It has hard rods on the sides to keep it nice and firm. This dress is practically new. It says size 8 but it has to be in junior because I am a SMALL and it fits perfect.
