The shorts are fully lined with a light cotton fabric. 100% cotton There is a very faint mark on the shorts as shown in the last photo, but it’s not noticeable unless you’re looking for it. Additionally, for some reason, the top of the elastic smocking of the shorts is stretched out, so the waist band will be a little loose unless you have a larger waist than the mannequin’s 24” waist.
