It's in almost like-new condition. The strap can be adjusted shorter or longer to a crossbody bag. No tarnishing of the hardware. The only call out is the discoloration on the leather bur it’s looks it’s part of the design or style of the bag and very minimal spots of rubbing or marking on the sides and bottom of the bag. Other than that, it’s very clean overall and almost in pristine condition.
