Cute striped Loft seersucker dress size 12 petite. Button down, fully lined and ankle length at 45 inches long. Flowy and lightweight, made of 100% cotton. Perfect for summer! In good condition except for 1 minor flaw. The fourth button down is chipped (as seen in photo). It could easily be replaced with the last button at the bottom of the dress.
