This fantastic quintessential 80’s party formal dress has a full peplum waist with multiple wired ruffle layers. Ruffle off the shoulder sleeves. A beautiful pink, green, blue & gold hand painted floral print contrasted with a solid black skirt. Pleated bodice and back. Wide square neckline with a back zip closure.
