I’ve been purchasing from them for years as they offer up to 85% off once a year in our local area. Luckily , I have receipts for every purchase, including 3 pairs of this earring. I understand if your unhappy with the quality , I cannot control this, but I can refund you so that you do not have a bad shopping experience with me. I keep every receipt for this reason alone.

justagirlxo @spyglass24 Receipts are kept on every item purchased from that Kate Spade store as well as the local Saks outlet for other items. I also work for a law firm in the area and assure you, selling counterfeit goods is illegal and not something I would ever consider. justagirlxo @spyglass24 Saying an item is “fake” and that I am selling counterfeit items to deter other customers from buying is defamation. I take this accusation very seriously and you are required to withdraw your accusations within 10 days per Florida Statute. If you questioned the integrity of the item, you could have returned it. But to rate with the intent of defaming me and my business without proof is defamation. Please remove your comment.

I have requested of Poshmark to allow a refund / return. I understand if you are unhappy with the quality , and you are free to state this.
