Black Wool Ruffle Dress Coat

gorgeous wool blend black dress coat with ruffle detail in the front. zippered pockets, fully lined with navy blue satin. this is technically a size 4, but I wore this easily as a size 6 unless I had a bulky sweater on underneath. super warm. perfect for going out to dinner on cold winter evenings.
