Hi! This is an Anthropologie x Anna Harlow Russo Floral Embroidered Monogrammed “A” Zipper Pouch. This little pouch is small and mighty. In excellent condition. Still has its hang tag (a bit crinkled), but has no signs of use. No holes or tears. Zips just fine. Does have a small mark on the back from storage. See pics to check it out, plus for sizing.
