It has magnetic snap closure, two outside pockets, two inside sections with zip pocket and several divided side pockets. The bag was used once, so is in like new condition. There is one very faint light spot on the terracotta leather, but I haven't touched it to see if it would come off. I think it will, I just didn't want to mess it up!
