NWT Boutique "Rococo Sand" Pastel Ombre Lace Trim Peplum Sleeveless Dress Size M

I bought this dress last summer at a boutique will on vacation and fell in love with it. Unfortunately it doesn't fit me now. Absolutely gorgeous ombre and it does have a slight shimmer to the fabric. This dress looks IDENTICAL to a Free People dress that sells for hundreds of dollars! I did not realize that when I bought it.
