I don't find any scratches to her leather, nor detect any odors. Her leather is soft from use, but she was taken care of nicely. She's very clean inside and out. Her hardware looks great, no scuffs that I see. Her leather has a dried, crackly look to it in some areas. I tasted her to conditioning oil and it looks a lot better. I added an up close photo of this crackly look. You have to be pretty close up to it to see it. She arrived to me with no strap, so I'm including this brand new Coach chunky chain strap in gunmetal to match. Please review all of the photos carefully as she is a used bag. She will come with a Coach dust bag for safe keeping.
